How to place an order

Browse the website using the category links, the search box, or the most popular items links. When you’ve found something you like, select the quantity (if applicable) and click 'add to order’. You can then continue shopping or go to the Shopping Basket via the ‘Your Basket’ link at the top of the page.

Some items can be purchased direct from our website, but all items can be ordered using our simple ordering form. When you click the shopping basket, you are given two options: Buy Now or Enquire About These Products. Simply follow the instructions to complete the order process.

Enquire: If you are enquiring about an item, you will complete and send the form and a member of our sales team will contact you.

Buy Now:  Once you’ve checked all your details are correct, just enter your credit or debit card details*, press ‘place order’ and you’re done! We'll send you an email to confirm your order details.

*MASCo uses the Verisign industry standard 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Your credit card details are sent directly to our card processor and are NOT stored on our server or database, so even in the unlikely event that our security was ever breached, your credit card details would not be compromised.

NB Your shopping basket may contain items you wish to buy immediately online and items you can only order (for example, large and heavy architectural features), but by checking the ‘Combine your order’ box you can create a single order.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight and appear in the shopping basket when you confirm your order.

Shipping prices given are to Mainland UK only and do not include certain parts (including the far north) of Scotland or Ireland.

Shipping prices for these locations and international orders will be handled by our sales staff who will contact you on receipt of your order with a revised shipping price.
