Dismantled and removed from a former engineering building in Sheffield, the panelled room would almost certainly have reflected the status of the Company at the height of Sheffield's power as a steel manufacturing town. The panelling is a very fine example of art deco styling with an emphasis on horizontal lines. Incorporated into the room are three floor to ceiling cupboards, one of which contains a mirrored cocktail cabinet. The fireplace is made of ceramic tiles with typical classic deco design. The overall effect of the room is stunning, made in oak with all its original chrome fittings.
