The most frequent complaint that craftspeople make is that modern timber is singularly unstable and poorly presented. Using traditional reclaimed wood guarantees stability and often greater character of the grain. Large dimensional timbers are always available. We usually recommend you come in to take a look through the wood yard. All building materials are subject to availability.
